A rental agreement concluded between the property owner and TMR, a. s. for a period of 10 years

Flexible income based on the accommodation price net of service costs (admissions, breakfast, local tax, VAT), divided between the owner and TMR, a. s. on a 60% / 40% basis

Monthly occupancy and income report sent to the apartment owner by the 10th day of each month, rental income paid quarterly

In addition, the FLEXI model includes benefits from the TMR, a. s. portfolio worth 10,000 € with exclusive discounts of up to 75%.

Costs associated with apartment ownership

The apartment owner covers standard operating costs related to the management and ownership of the property.

Monthly building management fee

It includes advance payments for utilities and water and fixed charges such as the maintenance fund, property insurance, management fee, cleaning of common areas and waste separation fee.

Property tax

According to the applicable local authority rates

Municipal waste fee

Including the fee for separated waste collection
